    i would suggest against distilled water. It actually makes you more thirsty than actually quenching your thirst.
    Distilled water is the exact opposite of Gatorade and mineral water. because distilled water is simply pure water and lacks everything else especially the minerals, it actually gets the minerals from your body rather than replenishes it.
